Who we are

SMCPS was built to work in that space. We combine senior Microsoft architecture, governance and delivery experience with capability design and readiness assessment, and we keep the founders directly involved in the work.

Co-founder - Learning, capability & decision readiness
Somdotta is a senior learning and capability specialist with nearly two decades of experience in instructional design, learning architecture and digital capability solutions for organisations including the World Health Organization, Standard Chartered Bank, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Land Rover, Fitch Learning, Pearson UK and AirAsia. She leads the design and development of Scenarios + ASCEND, bringing learning design, capability architecture and decision-quality assessment into SMCPS's product portfolio.

Co-founder - Technology architecture, governance & delivery
Surajit is an SC-cleared Managing Consultant and Solution Architect with more than twenty years of Microsoft delivery experience across financial services, retail and UK government. He has delivered for the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Housing and the Regulator of Social Housing, and has held roles at PwC, Avanade and Solirius Consulting. His work includes a global Office 365 and Power Platform deployment for a major European bank across 97,000 employees in fifteen countries and a two-year digital transformation programme for a GBP150bn AUM pension fund.
